We are not here to sell you anything and we are not sales people-we are healthcare providers with a common goal of helping you to be the best version of you that was created!

We DO NOT believe in marking up all labs and tests to a 50% increase. We have excellent cash prices and we'd rather you afford the care you need, not go broke testing to get the answers.

*Specialty tests will typically be more expensive and out of our control

We DO HAVE a Fullscript account which offers discounts to our patients and anyone else you may know who needs some savings (pass our savings along)! Feel free to shop elsewhere if you'd like, but you'll most likely end up spending more money.

We DO NOT charge excessive or outrageous fees to be seen in our office; nor do we charge membership fees.

We DO NOT require you to purchase any type of product or supplement from our office. We will have recommendations, but the choice is ultimately yours!

We believe food is medicine and DO NOT believe you should be on excessive supplements or herbs either...more is not necessarily better.

FAQs

Can I use my pharmacy?

Yes, we can send prescriptions to any regulated pharmacy you prefer, giving you control. Just don't be surprised if you get denied for some items...this is the game we all hate to play so we utilize our compounding pharmacies as much as possible.

How do you monitor progress?

We offer regular visits and ongoing communication ensure your dosage is right and side effects stay minimal.

Are medications safe?

That can be a loaded question considering medications are not actually what our bodies want; however, we know there is a time and a place in the interim for certain ones. In lieu of this, we choose to only utilize 503(a) pharmacies that follow USP <795>/<797> standards and 503(b) pharmacies that are registered with the FDA.

We use 503a and 503b pharmacies and tailor your treatment with licensed practitioners guiding you every step. If we are able to utilize your personal pharmacy we absolutely will!

Where would I get my medications from?
Do you offer follow-up?

Yes, we support you even after reaching your healthcare goals with ongoing followup visits as needed. We have not forgotten about you; even if you forgot about us!

What are your rates?

Our prices vary depending on the service you choose and a majority can be found on our Plans & Pricing page.

We keep our fees affordable to be able to be as cost effective as possible for our patients.

We spend time with our patients and our fees also reflect the work we do for you outside of your appointments: charting, answering messages, etc.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we currently offer 10% off all services for those who serve or have served in the military (with valid ID).

We also offer 5% discounts if anyone can recite their favorite bible verse...yes we will quiz you. **If you are military and can recite your favorite bible verse we will stack your first treatment to receive 15% off your initial service.

Is payment required upfront?

Payment is collected at the time of your appointment to keep things simple.

Can I use insurance?

Currently, we do not accept insurance payments. We have seen the insurance world run the show for far too long and have chosen to coordinate your healthcare with you and you alone!

Are there cancellation fees?
How do I get a detailed price list?

We do our best to provide up front pricing on the Our Prices page; however, there may be certain customized services that will be discussed in detail at your initial consultation.

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any charges.

Cancellations within 24 hours and/or No Shows will be required to pay $100.

Our time is just as valuable as yours and therefore repeat occurrences of Three (3) no-call/no-show appointments of any type will result in dismissal from the practice and no further visits may be scheduled.

We have a strict 15 minute late policy to make sure that you and other patients get the time they deserve with the provider. If you arrive more than 15 minutes to your appointment you will be rescheduled and charged a no-show fee listed above of $100.

*We understand emergencies happen and those situations will be handled at the sole discretion of the Provider.

What if I am late to my appointment?

We focus on prevention, wellness, reversing chronic conditions, and looking for the underlying or contributing factors to your concerns. Our treatment options vary from person to person.

What kind of practice is this?
Can you be my primary care provider?

While we do provide primary care services, we are still structured under a Functional Medicine umbrella. We do try to keep as much care in-house as possible but if the need arises i.e. sick visits, annual physicals, pap smears, then we will refer you back to your PCP or a specialist for proper management.

What can I expect at my consultation & followup?

Your initial consultation is when we will review your medical history, review any past records you have, discuss your symptoms, problems, concerns, etc. If needed, we will order appropriate diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc)

Your follow-up appointment is when we will review all results in depth and provide a detailed treatment plan. Our treatment plans are customized to each patient and you will be part of that decision making process. Depending on what we discover and what the treatment plan is, will determine what type of follow up schedule we recommend.
